It was an honor to have been selected for inclusion in PEOPLE Magazine’s January 2014 annual weight loss issue HALF THEIR SIZE. I was in the company of four really amazing people from across the country who all have learned how to change their eating habits and have succeeded in developing new healthy lifestyle habits as well.
It is great to be able to share our stories with the hope of inspiring everyone to take the time to plan healthy meals, take some time to exercise and make small changes each day that will improve your life.
